Berdasarkan Susenas 2022, konsumsi protein per kapita di Indonesia sudah diatas standar kecukupan protein nasional namun konsumsi protein hewani di Indonesia masih rendah. Konsumsi 1 jenis protein hewani dapat berpotensi menurunkan kejadian stunting 1% dibandingkan tidak mengkonsumsi protein hewani. Oleh karena itu pentingnya konsumsi protein terutama protein hewani pada MPASI untuk mencegah stunting<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sumber protein hewani antara lain :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daging ayam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ikan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hati ayam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daging sapi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TIPS terkait pemberian MPASI terkait protein hewani :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimal 1 jenis protein hewani dalam tiap kali pemberian MPASI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protein hewani yang diberikan bervariasi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berikan protein hewani dalam keadaan matang<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yang harus diperhatikan dalam pemberian MPASI :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protein nabati dan hewani diberikan sejak usia 6 bulan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telur, daging, dan ikan diberikan dalam keadaan benar-benar matang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pemberian jus buah tidak disarankan untuk anak berusia dibawah 1 tahun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Madu dapat diberikan setelah anak berusia 1 tahun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pisahkan talenan yang digunakan untuk memotong bahan mentah dan bahan matang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hindari pemberian makanan dengan kadar lemak tinggi, pemanis, dan penyedap rasa tambahan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minyak, mentega atau santan dapat digunakan untuk penambah kalori<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perhatikan kebersihan tangan dan peralatan dalam mempersiapkan MPASI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pastikan kebersihan tangan anak sebelum memulai makan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumber : dr.
